RepForge โ Help and support
What do I need?
RepForge requires an iPhone and a compatible Apple Watch running iOS 26 and watchOS 26 or later. Create or edit routines on iPhone, then open RepForge on Watch to train with your phone put away. Sets, repetitions, weights and timed-set confirmation are logged manually.
How does the free allowance work?
You can finish five workouts with logged sets before unlocking permanently. A workout ended early counts if you logged a set. Cancelling before any set does not count. Existing workouts, routines, history and backups remain accessible after the allowance ends.
How do I buy or restore?
On iPhone, open Settings โ Permanent unlock. The App Store displays the price before you confirm. There is one permanent purchase and no subscription. Use Restore purchases with the same App Store account if you already own it.
Watch also offers Restore purchases if its local purchase has not been verified. Buying or restoring may need internet and App Store authentication. Once verified on Watch, workout access works offline. Pending approval must finish before access can be granted.
A routine or workout has not synced
Keep the paired devices nearby, install RepForge on both and open the app on each. Use Sync to retry. A pending workout stays on Watch until iPhone saves it and acknowledges it. Do not erase the app to clear a pending queue.
A workout was interrupted
Open RepForge on Watch and use the recovered-workout controls. Your checkpoint keeps logged sets and timing. Finish saving before starting another workout. If a storage notice appears, retry it rather than deleting the app.
Health metrics are unavailable
Manual workout logging works without Apple Health permissions. RepForge omits unavailable measurements. Heart rate and energy are recorded only when you also allow RepForge to save workouts to Apple Health. Check both read and save permissions if you want workout metrics. Metrics may also be unavailable during recovery.
How do I keep a backup?
On iPhone, open Settings โ Export backup and save the JSON file outside the app. Import backup previews additions before restoring and keeps existing versions when UUIDs conflict. CSV is a spreadsheet export and cannot be restored. Purchases, HealthKit metrics and the free allowance are excluded.
Removing local data
Deleting history does not remove Apple Health entries or all sync copies. To remove app-managed local data, remove the app from both devices and delete any exported files separately. Backups restored later can bring data back.
Contacting support
Include the app version, iPhone/Watch models, operating-system versions and a short description of what happened. A screenshot with personal information removed may help. Do not include Health data, payment details, credentials or a full backup.
